Having been in the electrical industry for 24 years as an apprentice electrical mechanic to an Electrical Draftsman, I felt it was time for a change. Having seen the Dent Masters business, I was very interested in the whole concept. However I thoroughly checked it out for more than twelve months and finally made the decision to buy a franchise. I wanted something for myself that paid the same remuneration I was used to and that I could improve on.

I had budgeted not to earn a wage for twelve months, but to my surprise after six months I was earning what I did as a Draftsman and thereafter more than double. I had decided to work the franchise like any other business, ie Service and public relations at the top of the list. This is still my main focus.
